23W formally opened in November 2018, but the community has been around the Preston/Thornbury area of Melbourne for the last 5-6 years. Ange had a dream to create a hub for women that teaches everything there is to know about getting stronger and becoming more confident. What started as a small personal training company has grown to an empowering community of women who are dedicated to being the best versions of themselves.

I had a big job that I was not sure how to tackle in creating my first health and fitness journal, Jess was amazing throughout the whole process. Her work has a high degree of attention to detail, creative flare and she takes the time to really listen to your vision and feedback.
